When you request an in-home generator consultation on our website and check the box to receive texts, Generator Supercenter Inc. (“Generator Supercenter”, “we”) will text you about that consultation: a link to choose a time, a booking confirmation, a reminder the day before your visit, notices if your visit is moved or cancelled, and one-time codes to change your visit. We do not send marketing texts under this program.
Checking the text box is not required to request a consultation or to buy anything from us. If you leave it unchecked, we will contact you by phone or email instead.
Message frequency varies, usually a few messages per consultation. Message and data rates may apply. We send texts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in your local time.
Reply STOP to any text from us at any time. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and no further texts after that. A STOP sent to any of our numbers stops texts from all of them. To start receiving texts again, reply START.
