Franchise Compliance Manager – Tomball, Tx

Generator Supercenter, Inc. is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Franchise Compliance Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the franchisee’s adherence to the operations manual while also implementing compliance policies and procedures, and providing guidance to staff on compliance matters.

To support the success of our franchisees we are seeking a Regional Franchise Manager who is responsible for growing the franchise sales + market share within their respected region. Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive compliance programs to ensure adherence to franchise agreements, legal requirements, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor franchisee activities, identifying and addressing potential compliance risks.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to stay informed about relevant regulations and industry standards, ensuring franchise operations remain in compliance.
  • Provide guidance and training to franchisees on compliance-related matters, fostering a culture of adherence to standards and best practices.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues, working closely with franchisees to implement corrective actions and prevent future violations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of compliance processes, policies, and training materials.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, responding to inquiries and coordinating any necessary submissions or reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance considerations into new franchise programs and initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in franchise compliance and propose continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on franchise compliance status and any emerging risks or trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in compliance is a plus.
  • Proven experience in compliance management, with a strong understanding of franchise agreements and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with franchisees and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory landscapes, interpreting and applying laws and standards to franchise operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead training sessions and develop educational materials.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in relevant software tools and platforms for documentation and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to conduct on-site visits and audits.
  • Ethical and principled approach to compliance, with a commitment to upholding the brand’s reputation and integrity.

Salary: From $90,000.00 per year
