Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the job posting process on various platforms and networks to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct regular and thorough candidate assessments, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and job requirements.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) regarding employee data, recruitment activities, and other relevant information.
  • Provide support in HR administrative tasks, including employee documentation, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Assist in employee relations matters, fostering a positive work environment and addressing concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR to enhance the overall recruitment and HR processes.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR practices within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruiting and HR functions, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software.
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity.
